"Das Zimmer war nicht bezugsfertig und wir wurden in eine andere “Ausweichunterkunft” gebracht, nachdem wir preisgegeben haben, was wir bezahlt hatten. Die “Alternativ”-Unterkunft war von Zustand deutlich älter, die Böden abgenutzt, eine helle Laterne und ein großer Baum, das die “versprochene Aussicht” unmöglich machten.
