Jurien Bay Marine Park Trip

Enjoyed the hot tub.

Decent cheap hotel if you plan to be out and about, but they mixed up our group rooms. Majority of the outlets do not work. Our group got split up and they couldn't put us on the same floor when they told me they could. 1 room got house keeping and the other room did not when I requested for daily house keeping for both rooms.

The escalator has been out for weeks and the water went out so you couldn’t flush the toilet or run water for 6 plus hours.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

Poolside seating had to be reserved and paid for, $100/ day included $50 food and drink poolside. No coffee in room , felt gouged
