"Moisis and Blass pool bartenders were great. Lots of activities at Westin - water aerobics, nice pool, and beach. Excursions - zipline, waterfall, tubing were great. Fishing was amazing, caught a rooster fish, beautiful fish and blue water. Also won the pickleball trny so took some hardware home as well. Great time, would definetly go back. Herson was a great local guide also. Tons of fun. Resturants were good, get reservations on fri before. Maids cleaned room daily. Wifi went down once but no biggie. Pura Vida!!!"

"Juan Carlos, the concierge for Hotel Arco Iris is an absolute GEM of a human being! He made our stay and the days leading up to our arrival even more than we could’ve expected. It was great having transportation set-up upon our arrival by the hotel! The property is beautiful, cozy & feels like home away from home. Breakfast with server Freddy was always a plus! He is kind, attentive & thoughtful in his approach to service. Big hugs to the kitchen staff who made such delicious breakfasts! Richard, the owner of the hotel is an active participant in the day-to-day operations & it was great seeing him interact with his guests and staff. Beds/pillows are comfy, showers were squeaky clean, pool & drinks were fabulous! Housekeeping team is awesome. I’ll definitely be back! "

"I definitely enjoyed our time at Occidental, the staff are all super nice (especially someone working in the entertainment of the resort, I forgot his name, who took the time to learn our names and would always say Hello and was overall such an amazing person)and the location of the hotel is in a nice little corner on the beach allowing you to swim in a natural current that is between two beaches. It was our 10 year anniversary and the hotel provided us with a nice bottle of wine when we arrived and a nice surprise in our room with flowers! Thank you!! Some things they should do to improve satisfaction: 1. Shower head in our room was old and was not pouring the water properly. 2. Cleanliness of the pool more often. 3. Consider cooling the pool for super hot days. 4. They had an event during our last day that they only advertised 30 minutes prior to. They should definitely advertise this to the guests more in advance as it was a fun show to watch and I feel like more guests would enjoy it with proper advertising for said events. "This is our 3rd time staying at Cala Luna and we absolutely love it! It gets better each time we return! The rooms are so incredibly lovely, the howler monkeys surrounding the property are a delight but above all the staff is the best! Especially in the restaurant and bars - they are so incredibly welcoming and nice! Andres the bartender is a true mixologist (you have to try his mezcal cocktails)! The beds are so comfortable and it’s a one minute walk to a not crowded beach! The room are well thought out with great detail! We will absolutely come back again! "
