"This is a four star luxury hotel. The staff was professional, courteous, kind and truly went well above the call of duty to make our stay the most pleasurable and convenient stay we’ve ever had. The facilities were gorgeous and well maintained. The on site restaurant was high quality and delicious. The staff was always ready to give recommendations for local dining, excursions, most efficient way to get to wherever we wanted to go. Great option for singles, families and business people. Would definitely stay again. "

"Everything was great, my only minor complaint is that our room was pretty far from the main lobby so it was a haul. However, we were really close to a side exit door and had easy access to the pool area which made it worth it. My kids loved the pool and kids play area. During our trip in mid-April, it was still a bit chilly outside but the pools are temperature controlled so it was great. We took dips during the day and in the evening, when they had live music. Breakfast was beyond amazing. So many choices and a separate area with sweet treats for the kids. Hotel is also close to some big tourist spots - just about 10 minutes from the Hello Kitty museum, which was a big hit for our girls. I have been to Jeju multiple times since childhood but this was my first time staying at Lotte and I loved it. I would definitely consider coming back in the future. Highly recommend if you have children."

"This hotel is a gem! Our room was spacious with a great view. The hotel has so many property amenities, including a spa, gym, pools, restaurants, and shopping areas. I booked a massage and facial at the spa, and the experience was very relaxing. We ordered room service several times and ate dessert at the Pop-up Plaza, and everything we ordered was delicious. Parking in the garage was easy and convenient. It was a wonderful stay!"

"Wow is the only word to describe this hotel. From the moment you enter it, everything is wonderful and its smells amazing. It was so good, that it made it hard to leave the hotel to explore the island of Jeju. The bakery and pool were the winners for us. "
