"Saya pesan kamar non smoking, tp kondisi kamar bau rokok banget, akhirnya minta pindah kamar. Di kamar kedua awalnya tidak bau rokok, tp begitu AC dinyalakan, bau rokok mulai menyengat kembali, sampe akhirnya kami keluar hotel utk dapat udara segar. "The staff are always pleasant, but the check-in stills needs speeding up. The room had a beautiful view of the mountains, but when the race cars started the noise was excessive and showed that the rooms needed more sound-proofing."
