I had a room with a large toilet/bathroom but check when you book if this is important to you as many rooms do not. The lack of elevator may also deter some. The bar attached was lively. Hotel is easy walking distance to the The Rookery for a delicious breakfast and the city bus to explore. Very nice and welcoming team. "

"This hotel needs to be updated, especially the heating system. There was no thermostat temperature indicators in the rooms, only a dial that indicated hotter and colder. We didn't even unpack in the first room it was so hot. We moved to a smaller room and they weren't able to credit us the price difference, but gave us restaurant vouchers. It was so hot in the hotel, they kept a door in the restaurant partially opened. The second room seemed a bit cooler, but we still opened the window....
