"Older hotel, but right downtown.
Walk to the tram, but it was broken down expected to be fixed in June. You can easily walk to bars, shops, and restaraunts. Many, many jewelry shops if you like that stuff. Suggest the M&M city tours for a two hour area tour and great narration!"
"The hotel was perfect. We had the penthouse with a full kitchen and a terrific view of the mountains. The hotel is situated just far enough away from downtown and the cruise ship chaos. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is right next to a park with a whale sculpture and walkway. We hiked every trail in Juneau."
"A rustic, old-time feel but very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. If you have a car, be sure to ask where to park. I will stay here again next time I'm in Juneau."
"The place is been renovated and a work in progress. Room was excellent but no ice machines or ice trays yet. We’re told that would be fixed. The view comes with road noise but worth it. Would stay again once renovations are completed."
"Cups glasses tissue had to be looked for. Not obvious where they were. Not enough pillows and pillow covers uncomfortable. No curtains only blinds so room was flooded with light by 4am. Only one small double bed in a big suite.
Staff was great but facility is old and poorly maintained despite very high prices."
"Horrible they cleaned my room and stole my medication, now they are trying to look at camera footage to track back, horrible non communication nobody called me to ask about my stuff everything else was there except that. "
