avid hotel Macon North by IHG

"We liked the spacious room and walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable. The lobby had no air conditioning or fan blowing to circulate air. The breakfast was very good and the coffee was excellent! But with no air we did not linger as long as we like to. The walk-in shower was nice, but the bottom was very slick. Being seniors, we needed grab bars to hold to keep from sliding. Also, housekeeping did not empty trash and did not supply enough towels/washcloths. We had to ask for them. But, the hotel was very good accommodations."

"Parking very easy and convenient. Breakfast was great! Eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausages, make your own waffles juices, great coffee, fresh yogurt, fresh fruits and pastries etc. Beautiful grounds."
