"We had a three night stay at the Renaissance Wind Creek Resort to celebrate my mother’s 89th birthday and the staff was amazing. They treated us like family and we really enjoyed our stay with all the amenities. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet in the morning with a superb service and also enjoyed their amazing pool/ beach upstairs and their excellent service at the infinity beach bar and grill! "The staff works hard and are always pleasant and accommodating. Food needs improvement, not always hot and limited variety. The rooms need more outlets to charge devices not at the desk, family friendly, pool was fun, small beach area, fun casino. There should be notice of what restaurants are open which days. The tour desk is very helpful, friendly and informative. Fans are needed in the Rendezvous bar area, very hot sitting there. GREAT sunsets!!"
