The staff was very helpful. We did find a couple ants in the rooms every day. The air conditioner was not working on one day but the staff fixed it. Very convenient location from the Nice-Ville station. Be aware that the elevator is very small - for smaller individuals this will be fine but if you are on the larger side, this may be a problem. An easy walk to the Promenade des Anglais.

A very nice stay, the room was great and was clean. Amenities were ok but I had to ask for more coffee as they only give a small amount for your stay and the water wasn’t refreshed which I was expecting to be when I had my room serviced.

We had a fantastic time there and in the villa our favorite part was the outdoor ground patio. There was essentially no communication but it’s easy to figure out when you arrive.
