"Our room was very clean and comfortable. We loved all the storage the room has. Breakfast was very good with many options. What we loved the most was the staff . Tina ( Breakfast) , Terri ( Front Desk ) , Rashad ( Front Desk ) and Ward . They are truly amazing and I hope BW knows how luck they are to have you all . They made us feel like family. They always had a smile on their face and were always helpful. These 4 staff members had an amazing impact on us . We hope to see you 4 next year . "

"Giving low stars we rented a room that came with a parking spot and a pass but, because we rode our motorcycle we had to park out by the road. Not excited about it!!! Night security officer was rude and condescending! I paid a resort fee… for…? No ice machine no vending machine. The room itself was amazing loved it the view spectacular. Battery dead in fan/light remote so it was stuck on high so we had to use the switch and it was light on fan on high or completely off. "

"Always a great time. Separate park lot for bikes during Biketoberfest/ bike week, very secure. Tiki bar is awesome, Kelly is bartender in evenings and is the best! "

"Book directly through Hilton if you want a nice, updated room. I had an ocean view for $50 upgrade but the room needs updating. I stayed on the 7th floor in the North Tower. This is the only hotel I stay in while in Daytona Beach. "
