"Our favorite place to stay!"

"The room was outdated, dirty, the shower was dirty and always started with brown water. The balcony was the best feature yet the door didn’t close completely so the room filled with bug… no one slept well."

"Clean room: pet friendly; friendly staff (Molly made my check in so wonderful). Ohh, and an ACTUAL CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST! great assortment of food (and actual eggs and bacon) among other things. Very well worth the cost (which I find affordable for the value)."

"The property was very nice/clean. Not to mention the special air filtration systems in the rooms which is great for anyone with allergies. We felt some of the restaurant options were a little pricey and just ordered take out from the Italian restaurant. The drinks/bar by the adult pool are expensive and then they charge you a resort fee. Didn't we pay enough for the room per night? For two Long Island Ice Teas with gratuity was about $45!! Bring your own beverages and put it in a travel cup to save you money."

"The shower was totaly clogged. I got shower to late so I couldn't complain to the management."

"Property was decent, but bathroom was barely held together. Seemed to be trend in Florida. A lot of money for a shower that barely worked and plumbing that could have been installed better by a blind chimp. Stay far away from the water for half the price and 5x the hotel when in Fort Myers, or Florida in general. Breakfast didn’t even start until like 9AM, so can’t even speak for that, either."

"We were extremely happy with the condo. Everything worked well, very comfortable and equipped with all and more. If anything was missing, we just went to the office and they supplied it right away. Friendly management team and right on one of the best beaches on Sanibel in our view. Plenty of space and great shelling! We enjoyed every minute. Comfortable beds and couch, the internet was fast, AC worked great. There was really nothing to complain about. We will be back! We are grateful for this beautiful peace of paradise. The only thing we did not use were the grill spots and the pool since the beach was so beautiful and nearby. "

"Grounds are under construction and renovation so it was busy with workers. Needed to navigate around construction vehicles and roped off work areas. That’s a temporary inconvenience. Booked a king bed room and given 2 queens so had to move. Used Google Maps for restaurants on the grounds to find out we needed to use the paper map handed to us. Beaches were fabulous! Lounge chairs and towels available at the beach for us all. Beach was clean. Restaurants off grounds were awesome and better priced. Sunset was awesome!!!"
