José Carreras Auditorium

Room was clean and blackout curtains were great. Checkin was quick because they basically pushed a piece of paper in front of us and said here is all the info. Restaurants for dinner was ok and breakfast was good. If you plan to take the shuttle be prepared to load your own luggage in the van and if you happen to have to go to Terminal 2 the Terminal 1 folks need to dig out their luggage in which case that means taking yours out! Then they pick up new people who are going to the hotel (he couldn’t fit everyone so turned people away)and THEN you get to Terminal 2 and have to dig out your own luggage which is now deeply buried under those he just picked up. My husband and two other guys took it all out and put it back while the driver stood making “good bye” comments. Honestly he was so rude to people I couldn’t believe it. He actually said to one person “if you don’t like it take a taxi”. We won’t stay there again.
