"I showed up to check in at 11pm for a 2 night stay. My room wasn't ready, it was still dirty from the previous client. They downgraded me for the night, and that's when the issues started. I had to spend 4 hours sorting out the incompetent staff and convince them to give me the room I already paid ..."
