Room was very small and a bit hot, but the canal view was nice. Front desk was helpful. Stairs were VERY steep but there is an elevator. Location is in a lively part of town (meaning lots of loud drunk / high people outside in the later hours and lots of trash on the street the following morning) but noise insulation is reasonably good

The drain in our shower did not drain well. Made the bathroom smell.
It would also have been nice to rent bikes right from the hotel.
