"I booked the apartment room for one night. I was traveling by myself and had a long journey that day. Upon arrival, the host told me that there had been a 'mistake' and that she had given the room away to other guests. She showed me my booking that she had printed out with BIG BLACK BOLD letters across the top confirming the room my type. So I am unsure how such an 'error' may have occurred. Anyway, I am usually flexible and understanding, so when she told me that she had one room left, I asked...

Lange nach Personal gesucht dann jemand gefunden der mich zum Zimmer bringt. Das musste reichen. Nichts weiteres erklärt. Für das Geld besseren Service und Frühstück erwartet."
