Really big grocery store just in front of property. Really quiet and not so much cars around.

Convenient but dirty.
The property was quite dirty. The sofa and cushions was stained. Similarly with the towels, pillow cases, blankets, bedsheets. We should have brought our own bedsheets, pillow cases and flatsheets as a minimum. Luckily we already have our own towels since the intention of our trip was to visit legoland's waterpark.

Pedestrian walk is very worst for Tower 2. Bathrooms are not cleaned properly. Not worth for the cost.

Terrible experience
Took almost 2 hours to get key to the apartment. The apartment have no micky mouse themed at all. The bed are uncomfortable till my wife have to go sleep on sofa. The aircon is not cold. The wardrobe is covered with dust. The wifi keep dropping.

Exterior: Unobstructed amazing view, close to mall and legoland as advertised. Clean interior. Property lobby looked like an unfinished construction cite.
Parking: Spiraling 5 floors up in the narrowest onramp was a nightmare. 10mins spent just in that column to get up to parking. Perhaps a little more disclosure within property details "suitable for smaller cars."
Inside: Could use an extra towel rack in bathrooms.
Cheap furniture, wobbly dining rm bench, coffee table legs not securely fastened. Sadly, this Avenger-themed property (whose primary target is likely a family with children) had many hazards within the unit itself.

The property with within 5 minutes walk to Mall of Medini and another 5 minutes through the mall to Legoland. Very convenient. The unit is windy and comfortable. Laundry and kitchen facilities provided. However, some improvements is required. Floor mats are not provided which is quite dangerous after bath. There are also no clothes line although drying area and hangers are available. Only one bath may be use at one time as the water pressure is not sufficient for using both baths at the same time. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and clean place.

The apartment was clean, however the common toilet need ventilation. Once used the smell stays for the whole 3 days. Some plugs are spoilt, drawer knob spoilt and the light switch was spoilt too. But apartment was nice, amenities were good and location is near legoland. However, the lobby was hidden and many grab drivers cancelled on us as they couldnt find their way to us, we ended up walking to legoland mall medini to get grab.

Overall, I will still consider coming back if I am coming to stay over at Legoland. The mall next door is convenient, and price to quality of the room is exceptional.
Below is the breakdown:
The good
1. New facilities, clean room, view is fabulous
2. Staff was friendly and helpful, and communicate on chat is important to make sure things are sync
The bad
1. No actual reception, so no proper check in or check out, can be confusing if you expected to be pampered. This is more like a service apartment.
2. Parking can be challenge. Do not go to the 5th floor parking. It is a nightmare to go up and down. Just park behind the building but lots are limited.
The meh
1. Theme rooms are average, but can make do if your kids are like below 9. They will love them nevertheless. Quite nicely maintained so dont worry as it feels like a new property
2. Outlook of the building, as it is still in construction.
