"Hotel overall was nice. It was full. They had a hard time keeping up with breakfast items. Also, only one elevator for such a big hotel is crazy. We had to wait in line several times for the elevator."

"DIRTY ROOM! The room was dirty. The bedspread was dirty or stained the sheets were dirty or stained, there were white spots on the floor by the bed…gross! The bathroom had muddy prints on the shower tile, the shower curtain and the bathroom door. It was gross! "

"Parking was great and staff responsive. Was totally unimpressed with the manager telling us we have to bring our dirty towels to the front desk in order to get more clean towels. They dont pick up dirty towels and replace them at request in between 3 day cleanings. Ive never had to do this. Also, garbage gets fulll when cleanings are only every 3 days."
