"We stayed at the resort for 5 nights. The room was excellent and the bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, the resort was understaffed. We ordered room service and because they didn't have enough staff scheduled we had to walk about 8 minutes each way through the Casino to pick it up ourselves. The spa was understaffed and had no staff to perform spa services for the entire week. They required us to show our driver's licenses every time we picked up our car or purchase anything to the room. If I dropped off the car, my wife couldn't pick it up without having MY license with her. It was unecessary, annoying, and inconvenient. My wife tried to order an ice tea, and charge it to the room. She had her driver's license, but because the room was in MY name they wouldn't sell her the $2.00 tea. Very strange. In this regard the staff was not accommodating and felt undertrained for a resort level hotel. "

"I'd say everything was pretty typical of a hotel stay except for one of the staff members. He was legitimately angry because we didn't realize we needed to use our card to open the doors past 10pm. He was mad because we interrupted him playing a video game on the lobby TV. Check-in was also an unpleasant experience. We didn't do anything wrong, but we're treated with disdain."

"Staff was great, Very clean lobby and rooms. Comfy and updated rooms. Breakfast was standard. Very convenient was there for 2 nights for a wedding. Rooms were freshened up every day. Walking distance to a couple restaurants. Minuets from a shopping plaza . Would definitely stay again."

"I found bed bugs and there was old food left in the microwave. The windows are plastic, not even glass. They bowed in and out when the windows blew."

"Extremely helpful staff! My husband broke his glasses while there and the front desk concierge went out of her way to help us repair them. We will forever be grateful! I believe her name started with a ja or je, she was so very helpful! "

"No microwave in room. ONLY negative. It’s definitely my favorite in Tulsa. Clean, exceptionally organized room, super comfy bed!"
