Turns out the night clubs next to the hotel has full ability to go as loud as it can. I was on the fourth floor and couldn’t stand the music loudness for 10 minutes. They moved me up to the eighth floor and still crazy loud. When I asked the staff, they said this is the norm and it would go up to 3-4 am! It shocked me how this would be the norm.
