"Arriving on Easter, never stayed on a holiday, so dinner and bar were not opened. That was a bit of a surprise. We were able to order delivery service. It was an option but would have preferred to go to the bar/restaurant onsite. "

"We booked a 2 nights stay via Expedia. I cancelled the second night because the room is not cleaned well, with a moldy smell and the hotel needs updating. I tried to get a refund for the second day through Expedia and Sheraton. A lot of back and forth and we didn’t get the refund. I will not book through Expedia nor go to that same hotel anymore. "

"This was an absolutely lovely room with a kitchen and everything you need to cook! It was spotless. I did notice that the remote controls were really sticky like they needed to be cleaned and the volume on both TVs did not work. The air conditioning in the front of the room was nice and cool but in the bedroom it was warmer so I suggested they get a ceiling fan to help with the flow of the air. The beds were super comfortable as were the pillows and I would recommend this place to someone that wants something different off the beaten Trail!"
