I called hotels.com and no refund available so here’s how to survive if you find yourself at this place Go buy roach and spider killer. Spray everywhere when away. If you really need to shower I would get shower shoes or just know you won’t because the bathroom is the main source for roaches. Lastly, no one on property is rude or mean but the place is not for the weak if you hate bugs. "

The positioning of the air conditioner is so wrong. It doesn't cool the rooms down at all instead it blows underneath the bed and not the entire room.
