"checkin was easy. room was clean. large group traveling together we utilized the dining room for a get together, which was great. if you use the sofa sleeper, request two extra blankets. they are thin a d have to weight to them. or, ask for a comforter like they have on the bed. room well appointed. Great location for shopping and dining out."

"Did not receive a very friendly greeting. Not even smile. I was visiting from out of town for a medical procedure and wanted to get somewhere nice to stay so I would be comfortable. It was really disappointing for the price that I paid. Inside my room looking at the door, you could see the hallway. That’s how big the crack was. At night, the refrigerator would make this knocking noise as if there was somebody knocking at the door loudly. When the fan would turn on and off, it was so loud that it literally made me jump in my bed. I hardly slept and then had a long drive home the next day."

"As a guest paying for parking that has a long truck that I had to go around which made inconvenient. Another thing as the room do have coffee machine but come with no water in the room which makes guest go out of the way to get water. When asking for water you have be Hilton reward member and if your not you will not get any . The person handing out water not nice. As well for everyone to be aware to check the iron since during my stay the iron ruin a whole outfit that I needed for my work conference the next day. I still have not gotten any contact from management regarding fixing this situation and Hilton itself is not willing to give reinvestment for the value of the clothes that it ruined . Which is upsetting as a loyal Hilton member."
