"The room was fine. The problems were the room was not cleaned even though it was requested. Trash and towels piled up as a result. The elevator to the lobby was out. Bad news for us older folks who need to use the carts. No breakfast the second day. It was explained that they ran out of everything. Too bad. There is a Safeway a block away. It is my first and last stay at a Wingate facility."

"The front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. However the first room I got the door did t lock correctly or have a working safety latch. The deadbolt however did work. The A/C unit cover fell off as soon as I touch it to turn it on. The toilet in the bathroom would stop running and began to leak water all over the floor. Front desk got me another room right away as soon as I told them about them toilet. The next room had a tv that didn’t work, and the WiFi didn’t work at all with my devices. Luckily I was just there to sleep and move on. If it wears for the staff I would have gave this place a zero."
