"Kind of a dump. No soap in our room. No remote for TV, phone was broken and not hooked up. Sheets on queen beds were full sized so kept popping off. Front desk staff had to be asked multiple times for rollaway. Outside door had key pad but was not locked. Outdoor spaces junky. They’re remodeling but just putting lipstick on a pig. Stay somewhere else."

"Great location. Generally clean, dog friendly. Our room was concerning, as the door was chipped around the lock as though it had been broken into at another time but it latched and locked ok. The bed was poorly made, wrinkled and disheveled, so it appeared the sheets might not be fresh. We decided the room may just have been turned quickly and not inspected, as everything was clean but sloppy. Bed was comfortable. Nearby park and river walk was great for our dog."

"Do not stay here. They provided no soap, shampoo or ice. There was no water pressure at all beyond a trickle so it wouldn't have been possible to take a shower anyway. Internet failed when I was trying to join a zoom for my business. There are signs all over threatening guests with things like "if you use more than three creamers, you will be forbidden to use the coffee machine again," which was a joke because the coffee machine (I mean in the "office," because they offered no coffee in the room) needed water and none was available. The sheets and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. The only thing they had going for them at all (other than a very nice and friendly woman a the reception - which was a fold back screen leading to a closet) was the apparently low price in the context of other motels in Casper... I say "apparently" because since they provided no amenities at all (imagine a motel where you can't get soap or ice included), the price was actually outrageous. It's in an area of town with homeless and questionable security. They make guests sign an agreement that they won't disobey rules or they will get "fined $100" (several times for different "offenses). It was loud, with dogs barking, people yelling, trucks running. As I said, don't stay here."

"The parking lot isnt easy to get into; front door area is small and you have to step over parking stops. There is one large table in the lobby for eating breakfast, which I did not partake in. It jusr feels too crowded. Asked for 2 rooms with 1 bed each; due to a clerical issue I had to be given a different room. The 1st room's bathroom was not clean and there were gnats around the sink. 2nd morning my mom was in the shower and was "visited " by a large spider. She also noted that the insides of the dresser drawers were filthy. My room was okay. The bathroom sink area looked like it hadn't been cleaned but everything else was ok."

"Easy parking, convenient location, and our room was huge with a bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Our room was on the 2nd floor so the lack of elevator made it tough to carry our luggage up. We didn’t want to wait for a first floor room to become available so we accepted the 2nd floor room. The hotel was aging but clean and well maintained."

"I had almost given up on Super 8 motels because of several negative experiences, but this one was great. Clean, comfortable beds, helpful staff and reasonably priced. This one in south west Casper is a keeper. The one in northeast Casper, not so much."
