"What a dump, homeless people living in cars in the parking lot. Obvious illegal activity. Dirty rooms. No water pressure. Dogs in rooms barking all night. People coming and going all hours of the night. Fighting in the parking lot at 6 am. Just all around shady and unsafe. "

"This hotel is new I think. We never did figure out the lighting in the room! Otherwise very nice and quiet and clean. Close to everything we wanted to do. Easy parking. I missed the breakfast but it looked good!"

"Came for Derby and paid a very high price for this place, ($600/night!) Way overpriced for the quality of hotel. If you want to sleep in the middle of a freeway and listen to it all night, this is your place. Also, the in room amenities are non-existent. There is a little coffee maker but they give you paper cups and only one pre-filled coffee filter per day! We will not be coming back."

Dirty pool lighting , felt very unsafe super super dirty And smelly poor lighting probably to keep me from seeing little black bedbugs crawling around everywhere. Also i saw literally saw a mouse crawl out of my luggage upon arriving at my home. I am a very clean person and i aam mortified. I bought traps 10 min after arriving as soon as Got home and saw that. I already called pest control to come. Ridiculous I am regretting my choice to stay here."
