"We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is clean and cozy, the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and yet close to everything. "
"Towels changed every day, whether used and hung up to dry or not. Eco-friendliness poor. Apart from that a memorable stay. There is a really nice self-service beer garden with a good selection of beer, ciders and wine. Very good food in the outside dining area, too. Friendly staff everywhere. The scenery next to the river Main is stunning and very calming."

"The place is gorgeous but the staff needs a bit of training on speaking "
"The Moxy is a great hotel. Very conveniently located within walking distance of shopping areas and the historical city center. Clean, safe area around the hotel. I was traveling alone for my first 2 days in Frankfurt and felt very safe staying at the Moxy. Wide variety of items available each morning with the included breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel!"
"the property it self is very good, excellent staff, specially
reception, front desk ,concierge, and porter
excellent and very equipped gym but as JW Marriott then should have more dinning facilities, lack of swimming pool spa and sauna ,they wrote that it is in a neighbor place but actually it is not true it is out of the hotel completely you have to take your belongings with you to change there simply because it is not connecting with hotel. I think this must very clear for the client"
"It's expensive but the price is worth it. You get a great product. Rooms are very clean, well kept, and nicely decorated. They are inviting, comfortable and cozy. There is a lot of attention to detail with the room and bathroom design.
Breakfast buffet is really nice, one of the best I've seen in Frankfurt. Staff is well dressed and have great hygiene. There's a lot of attention to detail, they certainly earned that 4th star.
Location is very good. It's only a few yards walk to a train station and a street tram station. There are lots of places for shopping in the plaza nearby. The area is very safe."
"Our rooms were large, comfortable and extremely clean! Michael is the best! He was so friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and worth the fee! We couldn’t have been more pleased!"
