Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Very disappointing check-in experience. The overall attitude of the staff was rather unfriendly and unwelcoming. There was very little attention given to the guest, with staff appearing more interested in their phones than in assisting properly. Even when using a translation app to communicate, I had to make an effort to get their attention and make sure I was being heard.
There was also almost no useful information provided at check-in. For example, nobody explained that a key is required to access the gym. When I later went upstairs and tried to enter, I had to ask for assistance.
The interaction with the staff in the gym area was also very unpleasant. Despite the obvious language barrier, the communication was not handled in a helpful or welcoming way. A simple explanation that a key was required, followed by assistance with opening the door, would have solved the situation immediately.
This was not just one isolated interaction. The general attitude throughout the check-in process felt cold, dismissive, and lacking in basic hospitality.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the level of service and would not choose to stay here again.
