O quarto é igual ao do anúncio. Prédio novo, bastante funcional. Localização excelente. Não tinha guarda-volumes e isso atrapalhou um pouco minha saída. Mas no geral foi tudo muito bom.

Não recomendo. Chegamos e o quarto estava sujo, limpeza superficial, matamos 2 baratinhas, lixo banheiro sem tampa, a cafeteira com pó de café embolorado do hóspede anterior, vassourinha quebrada, nao havia lugar para deixar toalha pendura no banheiro. Faltou toalha de banho, lençol e cobertinha para meu filho, solicitei e no outro dia entregaram apenas o lençol e toalha. Sofá cama bem desconfortável e colchão com manchas. Travesseiros rasgados. Levem lençol, toalhas, travesseiros. Ficamos no quarto 115. A área da piscina é bem bonita mesmo, mas o quarto deixou muito a desejar. Os funcionarios da recepção são atenciosos. O quarto poderia disponibilizar vassoura, rodo, pano, pois ficamos 7 dias e tivemos que comprar alguns itens de limpeza.

A estrutura do hotel é incrível tudo muito novo e muito bonito, mas o que ficou a desejar foi a limpeza, o quarto não estava tão limpo, só tinha um lençol bem fino na cama, as fronhas dos travesseiros estavam úmidas como se não tivesse secado direito, tinha uma toalha suja dentro do armário, e a recepção não podia trazer nada, só quando o anfitrião enviasse, passamos 3 dias e o quarto não foi limpo e quando solicitei a equipe da limpeza não estava mais lá, precisa melhorar nisso na limpeza e na equipe do hotel!

O flat é uma graça e muito bem aproveitado em espaço. Todo o prédio é funcional. A piscina é ótima: Senti falta de coisas simples como placas sinalizadoras informando localização da piscina e da academia. Dentro do flat não consegui fazer funcionar o fogão de indução. Também não havia secador de cabelo e não obtive a solução dessas questões por WhatsApp. Fora isso gostei muito da experiência, conforto e localização.
