Rommet var bra, men det meste ellers trakk ned. Det ble ikke skiftet håndklær, vasket eller redd opp mens vi var der. Innsjekkingen var lite hyggelig og tok lang tid. Da vi forsøkte å forlenge oppholdet, så ble det så omstendelig og vanskelig, selv om det var mange ledige rom, at vi valgte å finne et annet hotell. Frukosten var elendig og kostet 80 reals ekstra 🙄

Acústica ruim

Lugar muito bem limpo, confortável, ar condicionado gela muito, banheiro limpo, mas infelizmente a acústica do quarto é péssima. Passei a noite toda ouvindo os quartos vizinhos, porque infelizmente havia alguém conversando a madrugada toda e olha que eu viajei em dia de semana, sem ter nenhuma festa. Não dormi muito bem por causa disso.

Limpeza excelente. Atendimento excelente. Porém, o colchão da cama não serve mais. Afundou num dos lados, mas continua em uso. Absurdo. Cheguei 14h, horário previsto pra Check in, ainda tive que aguardar mais meia hora pra limpeza.

Localização e conforto 10, limpeza 0.

Quarto confortável e aconchegante, local perto de restaurantes, bares e supermercados, de frente a orla de Cabo Branco. Só deixou a desejar na limpeza de quarto, fiquei hospedado durante 4 dias e em nenhum dia houve a limpeza do quarto, sendo que solicitei várias vezes, os dias que sai para curtir a praia avisei na recepção para que o pessoal da limpeza fosse no quarto, mas não fui atendido, somente na penúltima noite que trouxeram apenas toalhas e tapete de banheiro novos. O interessante é que o dia inteiro eu via o pessoal da limpeza nos quartos ao redor, mas não no meu. Enfim, fora a questão da limpeza que fiquei totalmente insatisfeito, é um ótimo local.

Muito decepcionante!

Quarto não possui cortina blackout então: sol nasceu você tá acordado! 5:50h meu vizinho ligou música alta, reclamei na recepção e fui informado que nada poderiam fazer. Para finalizar, paguei a hospedagem no checkin e até agora nao me foi enviado a NFe (que solicitei no checkout e a atendente se recusou a fornecer).

O quarto e o banheiro estáva limpo , os Eletro que consta no quarto estava cheio de bicho dentro , cheio de barata nos Eletro impossível de utilizar , o correto é retirar dali e jogar fora . A cama da para sentir as molas , isso que peso em torno de 56kg . O flat aceita visitas , o quarto do lado está insuportável , abre e fecha às 3:00 , escutando musica , impossível de dormir .

Falta de respeito com o cliente, puro golpe

Puro golpe, chagando lá o nome não estava no sistema e já tinha outra pessoa no quarto, mandaram a gente p uma pousada que não tinha nada parecido com que a gente esperava e tinha pago, um absurdo, falta de respeito com o cliente, serve de lição para nunca mais se hospedar nesse Flat. Péssimo
