"On just checking in, I saw that the room was very dusty and inhabitable. I requested the Hotel to offer an alternate room but they didn't. I had no choice but to check out immediately and check in another hotel. Please refund my money."

"The hotel is clean, modern, and in a great area—close enough to attractions but far enough to avoid noise. The room was well-organized, with plenty of storage space for my stuff. Staff were polite and never intrusive, which I loved as a solo traveler. The coffee in the lobby was a nice touch too. Overall, a great value and a perfect base for exploring!"
