"Hotel was great and staff were professional. The front man was always ready to help us with luggage and opening the door for us.
Location is quite convenient and lobby was very nicely displayed.
One thing I was quite disappointed with was as soon as I checked in to the room- I found a cigarette bud and ash on the carpet floor.
For a 4 star hotel - I thought they would have paid more attention to the cleaning services particularly since it was very easy for me to see there was a cigarette...

"When i got to the border, the border control staff called the hotel to confirm I was staying there. They could not get through to the hotel at first. Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. "
