"The front desk has been extremely helpful. I had problem with my phone at the last minute and I couldn’t call a taxi. Miss Yang who works at the front desk was able to get one for me as I was late to my 20 years school reunion. Kind enough to take pictures for my friends and I when we came straight back to the hotel afterwards. Rooms are extremely clean. We had an amazing view from our room. My grandpa loved the hotel so much that we went back and stayed a couple of more nights . "

"I usually stay at the nearby Shangri-la. But Shangqri-la wanted too much money this trip. So I gave Days Hotel a try. Days Hotel is located in middle of downtown, on 8th floor of luxury shopping mall. I was happy with my choice. Staff upgraded me to a suite. Also, staff was attentive. "The hotel was very close -less than 5 minute walk- from the ChangChun Metro Line 2 NanKwan Station so it was very good for guests to make access to most tour points.
