The property is beautiful and easy enough for cabs or grab to come and pick you up. Not really walkable to anything too interesting but there’s a free shuttle to Jimbaran beach. Breakfast buffet included and the property is as advertised.

This property is good for a day or two, however anything for long duration, it can become boring, as the menu in inhouse restaurant is very limited and repetitive. The property needs a refresh as well, as the amenities are showing its age. The kitchen is basically useless as its a camping stove and the utensils were so smashed up ;) The only saving grace is the lovely staff who are promptly available at the service

From the Front counter, restaurant to housekeeping staff were friendly and very helpful at all times they have a free option to take you for your food shopping, Jimbaran beach etc..I believe that was a good touch to the already great service. The Villa is fantastic modern, vert tidy and the pool was always cleaned by staff everyday very private and spacious. The web app was very handy, the staff always replied to our shopping needs, laundry etc. The chef also had a variety of options and the buffet was delicious with a different twist of food everyday again the staff was amazing there. We tried the royal spa that was great and the loungearea was a fun touch to the place.The price was well worth it my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. What an experience 10 out of 10 Thank you. We will be coming back in the future for sure.

Amazing villas

The villas are absolutely great , we had an amazing time celebrating our anniversary there. The staff is lovely. Buffet breakfast offers a good choice of food and beverages. We tried the restaurant for dinner , it was ok, but not great. We had a couple massage , that was amazing and absolutely worth it. On the other end, for the price point, the minibar is a bit scant and there are no alcoholic beverages included ( not even a local beer which is very cheap) The only comment I have is that for a 5 star I would expect a better daily cleaning and absolutely I would not expect to find the fresh towels left on the baggage rack next to my suitcase, basically the most dirty place you could put towels on!!!

Beautiful villa but boring for our toddler as there is no childrens play area, there is an extra charge for the use of the pool inflatable’s and floating breakfast. No childrens books or toys provided as per my request. Far away from everything. Would stay again as the villa is stunning and service is good but not with children.
