Nous avons séjourné 3 jours… Bel hotel qui ressort du cahot de Ubud. Mais la chambre (villa) était salle à notre arrivée. Salle de bain mal lavée. Comptoir de vanité salle. Fond de la piscine salle avec résidus douteux… Après la première nuit, pendant la journée la chambre a été nettoyée mais les planchers sont restés salles. Débarbouillette dans la douche laissée en tas. Après la 2e nuit, le ménage a vraiment été négligé… Serviette de plages pas ramassées pas changées, restées sur les chaises extérieurs, la vaisselle salle pas ramassée , tasses utilisées laissées sur place avec vieux café et autre consommation, Assiette utilisée pas ramassée, bac a glace vide, plein d’eau pas vidé… Puisque les tasses avaient été utilisées, nous avons dus les laver pour s’en resservir… Ce n’est pas un drame, mais au prix que cet hotel m’a couté… Je suis déçu. J’ai mentionné le tout au personnel lors du « check-out » on s’est excusé… Rien de plus.

One of my favourite parts of the stay was breakfast. There was a great selection of food, everything we tried was delicious, and you can enjoy breakfast overlooking the property's own beautiful rice terraces. It was such a relaxing way to start each morning. The facilities throughout the resort are excellent, but what really stood out was the service. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly and incredibly attentive. They seemed to notice the little things and genuinely made us feel very well looked after without ever being intrusive. After spending our days exploring Bali, coming back to such a peaceful and private villa was something we really looked forward to. I would highly recommend Impiana Private Villas Ubud to couples looking for somewhere quiet, comfortable and private while still experiencing the beautiful atmosphere of Ubud. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and I would happily stay here again on our next visit.
