" BE WARNED: This resort is a complete bait‑and‑switch. The photos online are not from the actual hotel — they’re from the sister property. When I asked to be moved to what I paid for, they tried to charge me $3,500 extra. Extremely dishonest. False advertising. This is not an adults‑only resort. The sister hotel — where the pool actually is — is under heavy construction. Expect nonstop metal banging and welding all day. No relaxation possible. Rooms are unacceptable. Mold on the ceiling, toilets barely flushing, and a door lock that works maybe 20% of the time, even after multiple “repairs.” Food quality is terrible. Basic items like bacon, pico de gallo, and salsa don’t exist. We had to eat breakfast and dinner off‑site almost every day. Staff were the only positive, and I tipped everyone — but the property itself is a scam. Important: Local banks do not accept Interac. Bring cash. Bottom line: Misleading photos, construction noise, poor rooms, bad food, and dishonest upselling. Avoid this resort. And the smell coming out from the hotel sewers beside the outside balcony my god in the morning with your first coffe ..."

"It was an okay place to stay for a few nights. Most people working here are really nice and helpful. Beds were quite hard and the bedding is not especially comfortable. We moved rooms because they were doing renovations including the roof and pool and it was loud. I would recommend a garden view because it is pretty, and more quiet than the pool and road facing rooms. Food was fine if you’re not picky. They play old music videos for entertainment at the one restaurant, but there is some live music in the lobby later on. Great location if you want to explore, with easy access to the marina, and there is a nearby path to walk and check out the town. The beach at the club is a quick walk if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle. The beach is not very swimmable and the pool is busy and not very relaxing. Overall we found it good value due to the location and people."

Los únicos inconvenientes fueron que nos cambiaron a última hora el lugar reservado y que uno de los dormitorios solo contaba con una cama (a diferencia del original, que tenía dos). Además, el elevador no funcionó los primeros días, aunque luego lo arreglaron. Todo esto se compensa con la excelente atención de la host."

"Elevator was not working the entire stay... we were informed of this prior to our arrival. According to others this is an ongoing problem. Nabani T1 also had their elevators not operating. Rooftop pool [ 6th floor ] not very handy with no elevators. First day on site we found what we were told was lizard excrement in the pool, took maintenance two days to drain/fill... and we were not updated that the pool was ok to use for another two days as our contact was on a day off and not one followed up. Upon arrival we messaged our contact that there was a damaged blind in the living room, and a vanity faucet that was very loose... promised that maintenance would be by at 10am the next day... no one showed up the entire week. Both bathroom showers leak.. one is 'fixed' with duct tape along the glass wall.. the other just pours into the bathroom floor. Kitchen is poorly equipped.. no serving bowls, minimal kitchen tools, no ice cube trays, paring knife, etc. No basic cooking items apart from salt/pepper. Anyone planning on cooking will need to bring everything else. Overall... the building is nice, location is ok with a short walk to town. Back bedroom has no windows, front bedroom is quite loud with dogs barking non stop most nights. overall, lots of potential to make the place nice... but as it is right now it isn't a great value for the price paid. "This was what we needed. A clean bed at night after a day of exploring all the great local beaches and restaurants. The staff was accommodating and the hotel cats made the place feel homey. "
