The staff was awesome and welcoming. I had an issue with my primary room and they were able to switch my room with zero problems. The breakfast was good. Easy parking. The building was under construction when I arrived. Actually my 2nd stay at the location.

Hidden Resort Fee not informed before booking. Amenities supposedly from the Resort Fee are less straightforward to materialized. eg. $10 credit for meal was reneged because it wasn’t clear if the waitress was supposed to take it and deduct it from bill. In my case she didn’t. When I checked out the Front Desk refused to re-imburse. The Breakfast included voucher for a fee specified for ala cart, but actually it was for buffet. Bellman not around when you needed him to get your stored frozen box.
