Hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly. A very good breakfast is free with your stay. There are several surrounding hotels in the process of being remodeled so there is quite a bit of noise during the day. There are several restaurants and grocery stores convenient.

They're doing a great job
This hotel lingers around the word "acceptable." Hotel staff were welcoming and accommodating, the hotel itself was tired, the breakfast was almost good enough. There really is little else to say. It was cheap - rightly so. I would not say the hotel was great because nothing was great relative to what I paid. I would not say it poor either because nothing was poor relative to what I paid. However, if I'd paid less I probably would say it was great value, but if I'd paid more I probably would say it was poor value. So I suppose you could say they're doing a great job of being just acceptable enough in enough places for the rates they charge, without being unacceptable enough in enough places for the rates they charge, for me to say anything good or bad.

Great Location
The hotel is conveniently located to the Beach and shopping. Parking is limited but everything is in walking distance once you are parked at the hotel. The hotel does not provide beach towels.

Sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war klein aber sauber und gut eingerichtet. Frühstück war super. Es hat einfach alles gut gepasst! Vielen Dank!

Uns hat sehr gut gefallen, dass wir innerhalb weniger Minuten am Strand waren. Es gab keine negativen Punkte obwohl wir kritisch sind.

Il personale era molto gentile e accogliente. Il buffet di collazione era vasto, ben assortito e tutto fresco. L’Hotel si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia dove sono riservati degli ombrelloni con 2 lettini per ogni stanza.

Rapporto qualità prezzo mediocre.
Stanza economica e piccolina con bella vista sul mare ma solo attraverso le fessure tra un hotel e l'altro affacciati direttamente sul mare. Reception nonnnn saluta neanche quallo che immagino fosse il proprietario. Nel complesso se vuoi spendere poco va bene ma se vuoi cordialità e stanze piu grandi allo stesso prezzo scegli altro. C'è molto di meglio a 30€.

Cliente maleducato, che ha lasciato la camera danneggiata ed ha fumato in camera, dove è vietato. Cliente rumoroso nelle ore notturne. Sconsigliato a qualsiasi hotel.

Отличный отель, недалеко от моря.
Хороший отель с прекрасным персоналом, бесплатной парковкой. Отличные завтраки - разного вида выпечка, фрукты, мюсли, каши, сыры и колбасы, хороший кофе. Пляж находится близко, выдают пляжные полотенца, а также выдают пропуск на бесплатные лежаки на пляже. Wifi работает на всей территории отеля. Отдельное спасибо - Виктории - сотруднику отеля (рускоговорящая), которая готова всегда помочь!

Dipenda dalla camera... ma buono
Eravamo due coppie con due camere doppie. A me e mia madre è capitata la peggiore, praticamente un corridoio con un letto a ponte. Uno dei due doveva dormire tra il muro e l'altra persona, e se la notte devi andare in bagno; bisogna scavalcare l'altro. Abbiamo "risolto" girando il materasso di 90 gradi ma così facendo c'era uno spazio davvero minimo per passare ed uscire dalla camera. Immagino che, se avessimo chiesto subito di cambiare camera, saremmo state accontentate. Ma per due notti, poteva andare! Il bagno era molto grande e pulito. Anche la camera era pulita, con TV e piccolo frigo. L'altra camera invece era spaziosa il giusto! Davvero vicino al mare con un ombrellone e due sdraio comprese nella camera. Altra piccola pecca. Il pub sotto la camera che faceva musica a volume assurdo fino alle 3 di notte. Chiedete una camera dall'altro lato che si sente meno! Colazione buona, sia dolce che salata. La cameriera di sala molto gentile e disponibile! Alla fine lo raccomando, solo non fatevi dare la camera 119

Bra hotel!
Kanonbra hotell, nära stranden och gågata med restauranger och affärer. Enda minuset var att duschen var super-liten. Men trevlig personal och helt okej frukost.

Hotell som medvetet lurar gäster!
När jag kom fram till hotell Derby med min 11-åriga son visade det sig att hotellet inte hade rum till oss trots att vi bokat i god tid. De hade medvetet överbokat sitt hotell och erbjöd oss istället ett litet, dåligt rum på ett helt annat hotell med mycket sämre standard. Min syster hade också bokat rum på hotell Derby, men också hon blev förflyttad till ett helt annat hotell. Min syster hade dessutom ringt kvällen innan till hotell Derby för att kontrollera att allt var ok med både hennes och min bokning, och fick då beskedet att allt var bra. Vi känner oss grundlurade av hotell Derby. De har uppenbarligen satt i system att överboka sitt hotell och sedan placera ut gäster på sämre hotell efter eget godtycke. Efter att vi uttryckt vårt missnöje till dem, fick vi efter en natt flytta till ett tredje hotell som åtminstone motsvarade nivån på hotell Derby. Vår tillit till dem är dock fortfarande obefintlig. Vi rekommenderar inte detta hotell.

Dessa kunder är inte tillrådliga även på det värsta hotellet. Indisponent och aggressiv verbalt. Rude och ovilliga kunder. Vad de skrev är 90% falskt.

Camera piccola con letto alla francese. Pulita e dotata dei comfort standard. Peccato che, essendo al primo piano, dalla strada arrivava il rumore del traffico. Idem per i rumori dei vicini di camera. Colazione molto buona. Personale disponibilissimo.

La camera che ha prenotato è la Small Economy, è più piccola ma non ha il letto alla francese. Il fatto che i vicini abbiamo fatto confusione ....di certo non è implicabile all'hotel.

alles war soweit in ordnung,nicht gut teppichboden
Wer ruhe sucht und nicht weit( ca.60 Meter) zum Strand bevorzugt, ist im Derby richtig..Das Frühstück ist ausserordentlich reichlich und gut.

När vi kom till hotellet var det pga överbokning. Ingen hade ringt från Hotels.com eller från hotellet och meddelat oss detta. Eftersom vi var på resandefot redan hade jag inte tillgång till mail under den här tiden. När jag kom hem hade jag fyra dagar innan vistelsen fått ett bekräftelsemail att välkommen till Hotell Derby!! Mycket missnöjd. Hotellet bokade om oss till ett närbeläget hotell men jag tappade 3 hotellnätter på Hotels.com och därmed min 10:e gratis natt! Fy

Pochi giorni ma intensi
Hotel carino vicino alla spiaggia, cucina ottima e colazione a buffet buona ed abbondante! Camera un po' piccola ma pulita con grande poggiolo. Unici due nei la mancanza di un adeguato parcheggio e per i miei figli la mancanza di una piscina! Interessante la cena a lume di candela con menù a sorpresa, cena che è stata grandiosa! In complesso direi Hotel ottimo !!!!!

+ Sehr gute Lage des Hotels zum Strand. Am Strand sind Liegestuhl und Sonnenschirm im Hotelpreis bereits inklusive. + Parking sowie Veloverleih bietet das Hotel auch kostenlos ihren Gästen an. - Für Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene ist diese Gegend nicht empfehlenswert, da 99% von den Reisenden Familien mit Kleinkindern sind. - Die kommunalen Steuern müssen am Ende des Aufenthalts zusätzlich bezahlt werden. ( ca 15€ für 2 Personen )

Enkelt rom med balkong ut mot handlegata. Beligenheten til hotellet er litt for langt ut på enden av handlegata som gjør at det blir en ganske lang gåtur hvis du vil oppover i gata. Kort avstand til privat strand med egne solsenger. Litt for mange barnefamilier på hotellet som bråket fra tidlig om morgenen til langt på natt, rommene er veldig lytt også. Til tross for "do not disturb"-knappen på døra vår som lyste, maste renholderen med bank og italienske setninger hver dag rett etter kl 0900. Dårlig bemanning i respesjonen da de ofte tok seg lengre matpauser osv.

Sieht man von der etwas engen Duschkabiene ab, (das Problem gibt es aber auch in anderen Hotels) gab es kaum etwas auszusetzen.Das Frühstück war guter Durchschnitt, überschaubar wie in Italien eben üblich,aber es schmeckte, das Personal freundlich. Das Hotel liegt gleich hinter der Flaniermaile, aber trotzdem ruhig,zum Strand 5 min. die neuen Liegen gleich vor der Strandbar.Kurzum, wir fühlten uns wohl ,wenn wieder Jesolo dann sicher wieder engere Wahl

wir wurden hier weggeschickt!
Obwohl wir das Hotel schon vor Monaten wegen seiner Lage in der Nähe der Wohnung eines gemeinsamen Freundes gebucht hatten und uns noch drei Tage davor ein Bestätigungsmail erreicht hat, wurde uns bei der Ankunft mitgeteilt, dass wir nun in einem anderen Hotel wären. Das andere Hotel war nicht in der unmittelbaren Nähe und unser geplantes Urlaubsgefühl wurde definitiv negativ beeinflusst!
