The property is gorgeous and the cabins are cozy, comfortable, well-appointed and beautiful. Daniel is a gracious and organized host. He is friendly and helpful and attends to the lodge with loving care.

We stayed at Rocky Mountain Chalets over Easter and spent a few days on the mountain bike tracks. It was an excellent place to stay, super close to Ohakune town with easy access to excellent cafes and restaurants. I would recommend it ans a great place to stay at any time of year.
