TV in my bedroom never worked for my stay. Staff was incompetent and had to be asked multiple times for simple things like towels and pillows. When they did get around to them, towels were stained and pillows were sent without pillow cases. No apologies or offers of enumeration for the inadequate facilities.

This is a nice hotel, but let's be realistic. The breakfast isn't great, all very unhealthy options all served on disposable plates and cutlery. Very wasteful. The rooms are comfortable but very dark inside. This hotel is fine for a few days but better breakfast options and being more environmentally minded would improve it.

AMAZING PROPERTY! It is super clean. As soon as you walk in it smells amazing and the rooms are no different! The staff is also excellent! They are helpful, accommodating, and genuinely happy to assist you. The breakfast is very good and there are also many restaurants in walking distance! And if you are traveling, the bus stop is less than a minute walk and it will take you directly to Times Square - New York for $4.25! Definitely recommend staying here!

The parking garage need some kind of walk way for guest with small children and strollers, we had a very hard time getting to and from our car with luggage and a stroller all times that we left the hotel room, the pool was indoors but the water was ice cold my children couldn’t stay in for more than 5 mins. Other than those two we had a blast and loved that American dream mall and New York was so easy to get to!!!

Good location close to bus stops for NJ Transit buses to NYC. Hotel and rooms are clean. Shower controls and tub are dated and need to be replaced.

This was a last minute trip with the kids to have some spontaneous fun and it was a success. The hotel was clean overall. The pool was at a good temperature. The continental breakfast was extensive. The staff was nice. The location is very ideal 3 restaurants in walking distance and Sams Club and Walmart close as well. We will be coming back again for sure!!!

The Harmony Suites was great! We have stayed at many hotels just outside NYC and will definitely return to this one. Every staff member we encountered was wonderful. The breakfast bar was fresh and extensive with lots of hot and cold options, and made to order omelette bar. Convenient to getting into NYC.

Dated property in need of renovations. Not very clean. Owner is definitely cheaping out. Rooms are spacious and staff is nice. Walls are thin, can hear neighbors and hallway loudly.

We stayed for 2 nights at the harmony located in NewJersey. Friendly staff, clean rooms. The only concern is that the water runs so slow in the washroom sink and the bathtub. Otherwise, overall good stay. I love the natural plant decoration. I have to mention that they have good breakfast which is included in the hotel fee.

I loved everything about this hotel we missed breakfast but I'm pretty sure that it was just as good as the hotel was, the rooms were big never expected that, the covers were nice and fresh you could smell the clean walking through the hallway, and the elevators I have never been in a glass one it was scarey and fun at the same time Loved everything about this hotel will go back

Leak from the utilities water in the parking garage, bad odor and water puzzle making hard to walk through to your car. Except this issues, all was great and my family and I enjoy the stay. We will chose Harmonies Suites again.

i love this hotel. People are so friendly. Check in is at 4 but our room was early. Theres a bus stop right across the street. So clean smell cleaning supplies as soo as you walk in. Plan to come back
