The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and the breakfast was fresh. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 is the parking lot is quite small and it isn’t obvious where you can park if the lot is full.

I didn't like anything the property was dirty hard to get in and out of setting on a hill with roads that were unsafe and hard to get up and down . The breakfast was good the property should disclose the location and neighborhood roads the bed was comfortable and room was clean just the overall cleanliness should be better

Cute little hotel in New Jersey with easy access to NYC. There is a target right across the street for convenience, a 7-11 around the corner and Dunkin for coffee within a few minutes. The hotel sits overlooking the bright city lights. The place was clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff was always friendly and pleasant. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet as well. Thank you for a wonderful hotel experience

Overall, I was disappointed. It wasn't Quality=Price... Breakfast was the same everyday, and very basic. The gym wasn't clean, had a foul smell. the staff was moderatly professional. The Room/Bathroom, questionable cleanliness. The towels were stiff... everything that I would expect from a Motel. I liked that I had easy access to the bus stop.

The property was clean, had a good breakfast selection, and friendly service . Just keep in mind that if you are staying with someone who uses a wheelchair, is old, or has other physical accessibility needs (and you’re not driving), that the walk up the hill from the bus stop is steep. If you’re coming from that same bus stop with rolling luggage , it would be a struggle. You need to Uber from the airport. The surrounding area is also industrial and as cars go downhill to turn left, some drivers don’t check so be careful crossing to the bus stop.

I did not get the room I reserved and I had to request for my room to be cleaned, trash taken out. and bath towels. I was asked for clean sheets then they house keeper was going to leave the sheets for e to change. I kindly asked her to change themf or me because I was leaving to my meeting. i tipeed her. I dont think I should have to change my own sheets if I was staying at a the Marriot. I sent the hotel my letter of dissapintment. They can share eit with you. I was not happy with the stay. Fairfield Inn North Bergen Peter Magran PhD Review
Check-in was very quick. The staff is very friendly. Very clean and the entire hotel is brand new. However, parking is not so good if you need to go out for a late night snack or go for a gas station run for items. There is a Wawa, Chipotle, Taco Bell and 7-Eleven close by you can walk to but its in a dangerous road. The rooms were immaculate, clean, smelled great and everything up to date. Elevators are very fast in going up and down. Great breakfast in the morning. Large selection of items and it comes included with the stay daily. I tried to enter an elevator and was met with a strange person in the lobby at 3 am on saturday night. They tried to approach me and ask questions and i darted towards elevator and before the door closed this individual threw a dirty mouse trap inside. At that moment my key wasn't working and the system was down and by a stroke of luck i made it to the second floor. I notified the staff and no one cared and acted like i was seeing things. That previous evening, there was no parking on the property and had to park at the car wash and there is loud unsavery people always around the enterances. It's always loud and ghetto at night. The countruction across the street is an eye soar.
