Great place with lots to do in neighborhood

Great place, very clean and staff was great. Very close to subway into NYC. Plenty to do in the area although Friday and Saturday nights there is a lot of people on street below. So if you don't like that type of atmosphere it will be an issue!

우선 정보에는 나오지않는 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐을 4층까지 오르내리는게 너무 불편했고, 체크인할때 그토록 나이스했던 매니저는 그뒤로 어떤 연락도 받지않아서 불편사항을 아무것도 해결하지 못했다. 청소비를 하루에 95달러씩 받으면서 청소를 안해주는거는 어떻게 해결을 해야 하는건지 모르겠다. 절대 이용하지 말것을 권고한다

En fantastisk lägenhet där vi kunde umgås hela familjen. Fina sovrum, bra sängar modernt välutrustat kök o vardagsrum. Nära till PATHtågen till Manhattan. Gågata med restauranger precis utanför.

Misleading Fee Description on Expedia

First I have to say Loyda was great! She was there and available anytime we needed her. I am disappointed about is how the payment and fee schedule was respresented by Expedia and the hotel reservation specialist. Expedia wedsite advertised Buy Now, Pay Later, which suggests that you pay at the hotel upon check-in. However, when I contacted the hotel after booking, they advised the deposit would be charged immediately. When the hotel reservation specialist explained the deposit and payment schedule he advised the deposit would deducted from the total amount of the room cost, he failed to mentioned there would an additional hold on my card at check-in. The cancellation policy is not accommodating to the consumer. It would seem to me Expedia should provide a better detailed description of what the consumer can expect in terms of payment and fees charged by the hotel. I likely will never book this type of room through expedia in the future.

Nice loft apt in the center of Jersey City

Apartment was great, but bring your earplugs with you. Both the neighbourhood and residents are VERY loud.

Fantastic apartment. Close to PATH.

Nice lokal shops and bars . Grreat diner in The hood, and local resident are kind and friendly. A little noise from The bars on fridays and saturdays. Great apartment for a family of 4 or just 4 friends travelling together.

Apartamento espacioso

El apartamento es muy amplio. La habitación principal esta en una planta y las otras habitaciones con la cocina y el salón en el piso superior con un baño en cada piso. Las camas son extremadamente cómodas, excepto en la habitación de 2 camas, que son de muelles. Las habitaciones del 2 piso son muy ruidosas y están mal aisladas, con lo que se oye mucho el ruido de la calle. La cocina esta equipada con horno y microondas. Hay café y lo imprescindible para cocinar aunque las sartenes están bastante deterioradas y sucias. El wifi no llega muy bien a la habitación principal. La persona de contacto no fue muy eficiente: a la llegada no contestaba el teléfono y nos costó localizarla para que hacer el ckeck in. Luego nos dijo que la limpieza del apartamento seria entre la semana de nuestra estancia y no se presentó nadie a limpiar. Quisimos utilizar la cocina y no nos contestó sobre un problema con el extractor de humos. Para ir a Manhattan todos los días hay buena comunicación con el Path, pero cada trayecto es muy caro, con lo que merece la pena valorar el coste adicional de dormir en la "gran manzana" en vez de estar cogiendo cada día el tren de cercanías, sobre todo si se va con familia.

Great stay at Deedees apartment at Grove

DeeDee's representative (Loyda) was amazing. This was beyond our expectations. She made us feel more than at home. I would recommend this apartment to everyone. a 15 seconds walk to Grove Station (PATH). One minor note: since there are a few bars around the apartment on Newark Avenue, it can be a bit noisy outside.

Great location apartment with lots of room

Excellent apartment next to a lovely bar/restaurant! The entrance is just a door so you will need to ring beforehand to arrange to meet someone with the keys. Lots of room for a large family - clean, quiet & very spacious. Well furnished & kitted out. The apartment was just a 2 minute walk from Grove St Station - main line into Manhatten. All amenities are close by. Overall a super place & would most definitely stay there again.

nice apartment. At arriving no one avaible at the booked hotel, then after a phone call we got information, that we get apartment one block away. Area in Jersey City is really nice, stuff very friendly. But: apartment is in a house made from wood. You hear every step and talk of your neighbor. When our neighbors came back at 2.00 am from party with heels, all family was awake and had to listen to the talks and the visits in their toilet. Now we know things from other guests, which we don´t like to know....not nice:-(

Modern Condo with the amenities

This is the perfect lodging if you want to enjoy a trip to nyc but not pay the ridiculous amount for room and board. The condo is brand new with high end furnishing and comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. 5min walk to NJ Path station and less than 5 mins from Bonchon chicken!!

Easy access to public transportation

Apartment allowed our group of six to have enough space to be together as well as private time. We enjoyed the deck on the roof. Everything was clean and nicely furnished. I wish there had been a towel racks in the master bathroom.

Wonderful Apartment in Jersey City

We are a family of five, and we usually try to rent an apartment rather than a hotel room. This was absolutely one of the best experiences we have had renting an apartment! Loyda met us when we arrived and let us know that we had been upgraded to a better apartment! The apartment was on First Street in Jersey City, and it was wonderful! The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a queen size. There is also a very comfortable, new queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two bathrooms, a full kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer. All appliances and furnishings are new! It was very easy to get to Manhattan: the PATH train is a two minute walk away. This area of Jersey City is very nice, with many restaurants and bars. It felt very safe. We searched for an apartment in Manhattan, but could not find anything that would fit us and was reasonably priced. The apartment was perfect!

This was perfect and more than what we expected. It was very quiet and close to restaurants and bars. In walking distance to transit and ferry. I loved the decor and it was very spacious and comfortable. They provided everything you can think of. No need to bring shampoo, body wash hair dry all out provided. Honestly it was so spacious I am still surprised. If you don't want to eat out every meal you can stay in and cook. The beds were very comfy. They also have a washer and dryer which I love!! Next time I will be packing even lighter. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. The only issue was the Internet was slow. However staff was there immediately to address the issue. Our family had the best time and will be back and use Deedee's apartments again!!

Immaculate loft, mildly overdone industrial decor

Our stay at DeeDee's got off to a rocky start when upon our arrival we found that the manager failed to communicate to the cleaning staff that he had authorized a check-in for us at 1 PM instead of 3 PM. Given that we were traveling with our young children, this was an inconvenience to say the least. Although our loft was not ready on time as promised, the staff on the ground was ultra friendly, competent and accommodating for the rest of our stay. The loft is comfortable and was immaculately clean, which was much appreciated. A couple of notes--there was heavy construction across the road at the time of our visit, which may be temporary, but the rowdy weekend bar hoppers could be a permanent fixture. If you're keen to get a restful night sleep, this may be challenging. Also, the windows are scantily covered in the bedrooms and completely devoid of coverings in the living room, so the sun will beam straight into the apartment. Otherwise, the loft had all the basics to make us feel right at home for the entirety of our stay and I would recommend.

Great place for restaurants and staging to NYC

Pros: A beautiful, modern apartment setting great for a family reunion. The common space and amenities were perfect. Pedestrian street below was great, and a half block from the PATH station. I would highly recommend it. Cons: It's a fourth floor walk-up, so beware if you're not in shape or have a lot of luggage. The front rooms are a bit noisy at night because of the pedestrian street below (but that's why it's a great location). Also, watch the room charges - why are there up-charges for more than 4 guests if it's a 3 bedroom apartment with beds for 6?
