"I would rate this hotel as “very good” overall, but one major issue significantly affected our experience.
There are several positives worth mentioning. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was good with a decent variety. The location is also convenient, especially with a public bus stop nearby, making it easy to get around. Free parking is available, which is a plus, although the parking area itself is quite old and a bit worn.
However, we booked a room clearly advertised for 6 people (5 adults and 1 child), and the sleeping arrangement did not match that capacity. The room had two queen beds and one sofa bed, and the sofa bed could barely accommodate one person comfortably, let alone two. This felt like poor communication and misrepresentation—on the hotel’s part.
When I raised the issue with the staff, they were unwilling to acknowledge it as a problem. I requested an extra mattress so we could manage, but I was told none were available. Eventually, they provided just one extra blanket and a cushion, which was not a practical solution.
What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability. Instead of recognizing the mismatch between the room description and setup, the staff seemed intent on avoiding responsibility rather than resolving the issue.
With better transparency about room capacity and a more responsive approach to guest concerns, this could have been a much better stay."
