The rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfortable. The only downside is having to get out of the car to swipe with keycard to enter the parking garage. You should be able to do it from the car. Otherwise than that, I truly enjoyed my stay.

Staff was very accommodating. Our room was not ready when we arrived but front desk apologized, said it would be ready in 30 minutes because housekeeping was currently cleaning it. I could see her checking with housekeeping a couple of times which I appreciated. The room was very good. Clean and recently updated is my guess based on the furnishings and condition of the room. I am very picky about cleanliness and I had no complaints. There is free parking which was great this close to NYC. You have to get out of your car to open the gate to the garage which is inconvenient when it’s raining or late at night, but I it did make parking there feel safer. This is not a neighborhood you can walk around. The area is rundown. But given that it is 5 minutes or less from the Lincoln Tunnel with a price that was half of what hotels in NYC cost, the pluses heavily outweigh the minuses and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Our stay was good. The rooms were spotless and silent. Getting to NYC was easy using the express bus recommended by the hotel. I wish they had put more soap and cups in the room.

I like the hotel, the area is really close to nyc. I like how public transportation it only takes 20mins, 10 min walk, 10 minute ride to nyc (it can be more depending on the traffic) overall hotel is excellent no complaints.

There was no water pressure on the shower. Bathroom too small, it is impossible for a couple share it at the same time. Garage door closed at 1 am, I have to get out of the car in a dangerous situation to get to the front desk and identify myself to get in. It was advertised as breakfast included, but actually is breakfast available. Not going back there.

I liked the size of my room, the cleanliness and the excellent staff but the hotel was very inconvenient in regards to getting to main places. My mistake aswell as I should have booked closer to manhatten. Also walls are very thin. I heard noise from all sides of my room.

House keeping did not show up for our entire stay of 3 days. We had to request for services in person. None of the house keeping staff we saw spoke a word of English. We had to request for fresh towels everyday we were there !!! Our room was dark and gloomy. Not the best location for families in my opinion. They do not advertise that their breakfast is not included in the hotel fee. We found out it was not included after we checked in. Posted in the elevator !!! I have stayed in better hotels for less. I was very disappointed.

We chose the hotel since it claimed the room is for 5 people. However, the extended sofa bed had quite bad condition and unacceptable mattress. Even the repair person admitted that the sofa bed was not for people sleeping at all. He reported to the hotel the situation but no one listened to him. The front desk knew this but could only offered extra thick blanket. It turned out that one of our family members had to sleep 4 nights on the sofa.

Proximity to NYC is very much the best thing about this property. Comfort was lacking. The bed/pillows were lumpy and the shower had very little pressure making it hard to bathe. It also makes me wonder how they clean the shower well when it has so little water pressure. The towels were very scratchy and hurt my skin to use. It got the job done for our quick trip to NYC but it would be better if these details were looked at.
