"The room, hallways were nice and clean. Elevator could be cleaner. Staff was friendly. Everything was fine."

"The room was good, bathtub faucet would not shut off. Told staff first day no show. Later in evening went down again and they said they would send someone up I told them we were going to bed but would be out for the next day starting at 10am he said he would send them at that time. No show still leaking and Ian not saying a drip it was a constant stream. Breakfast was good. Think they can take a look at cleaning regularly. When we went to our room there was a wine glass in the trash can lid at elevator, it was still there in morning. It could have been knocked over and broken. Front staff was real nice and helpful"

"Great hotel and clean room. Downside is Expensive parking. Parking is kind of far from getting to room."

"The lobby was nice, the only issue we had was with the cleanliness of the room. The first room had hair in the bath tub, stuff on the sheets, trash on floor just overall not clean. We went back to the lobby & they changed was rooms which was way better overall."

"Outdated rooms, but clean. Noisy air conditioning and low water pressure on the toilet bowl. Staff are okay nice and helpful. Good breakfast selections just need an oatmeal station and needs variety of fruits aside from apples. Exellent parking can't complain."

"Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. There was no hot water all three nights we stayed. We called the front desk asking for a new iron and ironing board because they both were broken and they said we needed to come down to collect new ones. I also asked for more clean towels and I was very surprised when I was handed unfolded towels. I’m not too sure if they were clean or not."

"Our trash was full and they wanted 24 hour notice to change trash. The front desk manager gave my room to my sister,EVEN Though we have different first names. Didn’t take accountability. Front desk was kind until we brought up the issue about them mixing up our rooms and even after check out, I got a room receipt with my sister’s name on it, not mine. SERIOUS security issue there. The listing says free parking but is not free. You get charged $10 per day for parking plus $10 random service fee charge for just being alive there in that building, take your money else where!! Do not waste your time. Should have known something was fishy when I first checked in and a man came asking for 8 garage bags."
