Great resort

We stayed at this resort while driving to the Lencois Maranhases from Fortaleza (arrived at 23:00 and left 09:00 next day). When checking in at night, I couldn't wait to fall a sleep, but in the morning I realized what kind of a nice resort this is. Would like to come back for an extended stay with the family to fully enjoy this place.

Amazing location, friendly staff. Awesome pool with amazing drinks by the pool. Beach is a short 2-minute walk. Weather is always great…don’t forget the sunscreen. A nice restaurant at the hotel and two bars, one at the pool. Overall, an amazing experience with no negatives.

Atendimento péssimo e constrangedor.

As instalações do hotel são boas e o quarto é confortável. Apesar disso, o atendimento não foi adequado em uma ocasião. Fizemos um pedido e esperamos por muito tempo, sendo somente informados que o item estava em falta no cardápio ao questionar o garçom. Ao conferir a conta, verificamos que o item que estava em falta e que não foi consumido constava. De imediato indagamos a atendente, sendo constrangidos com insinuações que estávamos faltando com a verdade e que tínhamos consumido esse item que estava em falta. Somente após a insistência em negar o consumo e com a comunicação com a cozinha e com o garçom é que foi comprovada a veracidade dos fatos a nosso favor. A atendente nem se quer se desculpou. Decepcionante e lamentável esse fato.

Hotel bom, mas de multidão e serviço de quarto rui

Infraestrutura bacana, mas com muita gente, muito barulho, musica, recreação para crianças e muita gritaria. Definitivamente não é hotel silencioso para descansar. Água quente só pela manhã, a noite agua norna para gelada. Os horários dos restaurantes e bares não são respeitados e o serviço de quarto é péssimo, anti higiênico e sem padrão, com preço de hotel 4 estrelas. Os produtos vem em desconformidade com o descriro no cardapio e todos abertos, sem nenhuma embalagem ou lacre. Sem guardanapos, talheres e condimenros. E o garçom todo suado e sem toca de proteção.

Péssima estadia.

Após fazer o check in, fui entrar no apartamento que tinha acabado de ser limpo, mas estava todo molhado e escorregadio, questionei a camareira, e a mesma informou que eu deveria aguardar secar com o ar condicionado ligado. O correto seria entregar o apartamento seco pro hóspede, pra tirar o risco de escorregar, eu estava com crianças que escorregaram ao entrar. Os banheiros estavam sem sabonete e shampoo nos depósitos, só tinham 2 toalhas pra uma estadia de 4 pessoas, a internet wifi não funcionava e o telefone do quarto também não. Fiz a reclamação na recepção e só resolveram as toalhas e o sabonete. Fiquei sem internet e sem poder contactar a recepção, restaurante, etc... Antes de encerrar a diária, eles resetam o cartão de propósito pro hóspede ter que ir na recepção reativar. Além de infra estrutura velha, parquinho no escuro e sujo, jardim mal tratado, piscina com bichos nadando.

Muita expectativa e pouca realidade

A estrutura do hotel é bem antiga, no banheiro ainda tem Bidê. O quarto era bem limpo, mas devido a estrutura antiga e os móveis embutidos, tinha um cheiro de forte de bolor. Agora o que mais me decepcionou foi a piscina. A piscina estava cheia de papel (guardanapos, resto de comida, sacos de picolé) a água era toldada, você não conseguia ver os azulejos do chão da piscina. O cheking demorou 40 minutos, o checkout foi às 11h da manhã. Em resumo, de toda a estadia, aproveitamos 3h de uso da piscina (devido ao horário de abertura para uso e encerramento do uso). O atendimento no bar molhado, demorava uma eternidade. Os funcionários foi a parte boa da estadia, pois eram muito educados e solícitos. O café da manhã também foi bem servido.

Demora demais para ser atendido. Não tem fila de prioridade para atendimento. Me entregaram chave errada do apto, acabei entrando em quarto que já estava ocupado (pensem no constrangimento terrível)! Não oferecem suporte para bebês. Recreação com as crianças muito pouco mobilizada, tínhamos como pais que instigar as crianças a participarem porque não chamavam. Buffet caro e com poucas opções no almoço. Piscina ótima.

Péssimo atendimento dos funcionários

Atendimento inicial da recepcionista geysa Araújo, péssimo, mal educada, grosseira, o hotel só deu um cartão p 4 hóspedes, o segurança teve que ir abrir a porta do quarto p eu entrar, não deram 2 toalhas extras que pedi, sem água quente no chuveiro, bidê dentro do banheiro, caipiroska servida na piscina no bar molhado em copo descartável e pequeno, caro, não recomendo.
