Clean, cheap but love hotel

This is a love hotel. But to be honest, the room was clean, chip and classic. So except knowing this is a love hotel, that was a good choice

Rooms allow smoking, so has a strong smell. The room was very hot and we were unable to change the setting. No staff working at all past 11pm. Very strange.

Exceptional stay

It was an amazing experience. When I checked in, I didn't ask to upgrade my room, but the receptionist upgraded my room under No smoking. What luck it was! I am not a smoker, actually I was looking for a non-smoking room. A brand new styler and an air purifier were in the room. When I came into the room, it was slightly smelly but after air conditioning and turning on the air purifier, no problem at all. If you are looking for a reasonable hotel, I recommend Hotel K. The hotel has been renovated since 2022(according to the hotel feedback) For me, it was a wonderful stay. I read a few stars and some low rating reviews, but please remember how much you paid. I think payment wise, the Hotel K is truly reasonable.

全州国際映画祭の際に利用しました。早朝のバスに乗る必要があったので、バスターミナルから近くて助かりました。フロントの方は親切で、部屋も綺麗で快適でした。

현장에서 추가인원 비용 요구합니다

밤늦게 아이둘 데리고 체크인 하는데 다짜고짜 하신다는 말씀이 외국계 플랫폼 통해서 예약을 하면 추가 인원 정보가 안맞다는 둥 이상한 말씀을 하시면서 추가 인원 요금을 현장에서 추가로 내야한다는 말씀을 하심 예약시 숙박인원을 속인 적도 없고 검색조건에 맞게 뜬 방으로 제대로 예약을 하고 결제를 했는데 무슨 말같지도 않은 소리를 하시나 싶어 기분이 확상했네요. 애들 나이도 다 입력해서 예약을 한 거를 애들이 몇 살이냐며 큰 아이들인 줄 알았으면 앞에 체크인 하신 아기데리고 온 손님한테 침대 두개 방을 드리는 게 아닌데 어쩌나 하시며 세 명 잘 방을 가려면 추가요금을 내란건지 침구를 못 준다는건지 방을 업그레이드 해주고 싶다는건지 도저히 알 수 없는 횡설수설을 하셔서 침대 하나 써도 되어서 침대 하나방 예약한거니 예약한대로 달랬네요. 방에 들어와서 확인해보니 호텥스닷컴에 제가 예약한 방은 4인까지 투숙가능으로 뜨고 사장님말대로 2인기준 방이라 추가요금이 필요하면 추가요금까지 결제된 걸로 영수증에 적혀있는데 도대체 왜 그딴 소리를 듣고 엄청난 서비스라도 받은 것처럼 기분 나쁘게 숙박을 해야하는지 모르겠습니다. (사실 스위트룸 방 사이즈 기본 2명이 아니라 최대 2명이 맞습니다.) 기분 상한 티 내며 여기서 더 추가요금 낼 것 같으면 다른 숙소 갔지 왜 여기를 예약을 했겠냐 예약한대로 방 내라 따지니 그제서야 본인은 추가요금을 내라는 뜻이 아니라면서도(???) 다른 사람들은 다 낸다는 소리에 마지막까지 본인이 아이들에게 약해서..라고 하시는데 뭔소립니까. 아이들 앞이라 아이들에게 약해서 추가요금 못 내겠다고 하니 봐주겠다는 말인가요?? 본인이야말로 돈을 이중으로 받으려했거나 호텔스닷컴 수수료를 고객에게 전가하려는 것 같은 생각이 드는데요. 게다가 상습적이신 것 같은데..이제까지 호텔스닷컴 예약해서 다니면서 그런 이상한 이야기를 들어본 적이 없어서 너무 불쾌했습니다. 이상한 게 있으면 호텔스닷컴에 따지시던지 문제된다는 시스템이 안바뀌면 예약했을때 문자나 전화로 언질을 주던지요. 무인텔이라 좋았는데 괜히 창구에 사람 앉혀놓고 창구로 오라더니 기분만 나쁘게 만드시네요. 영수증 보여주고 확실히 따지고 사과를 받았어야했는데 싶습니다. 뒤늦게 영수증에 써 있는 추가요금 내역보고 어이가 없었습니다. 추가요금은 받고 침구는 안 넣어주는 걸로 침구 세탁비용 아끼셨네요. 제가 대신 호텔스닷컴에 시스템 컴플레인 좀 넣어드려야지 싶네요. 전주 자체에 대한 이미지가 안 좋아집니다.

름 위치기 엘라베이터 바로 앞이라 엘리베아터가 1층 내려가면서 딩동댕 도착알림 소리가 크게 나고 올라오면서 딩동댕 도착 알림소리가 났크게 어요. 새벽 1시 30분까지 쉬지 읺게 나서 잠을 자지 못했어요. 그리고 아침 7시부터 엘리베이터 직덩서리가 났어요.
