"The cleanliness of the room was extremely poor. There were cockroaches in the room, the drain did not work properly, and the bed squeaked loudly with even slight movement. Overall, the facility was poorly maintained and the stay was very disappointing. I would not stay here again."

"My stay at this hotel was okay. The room was very nice. Looked exactly like the photos. What brings the grade down for me is the amenities and the quality of service from the staff. The toilet in my room worked properly, however the water in the toilet would periodically begin to give off a foul unpleasant odor. When I addressed the issue with the staff, nothing was done to correct the issue. Not sure if it is related to some sort of plumbing issue, but hopefully it is corrected in the future. Additionally, several times myself and my companion attempted to order room service to our room, these items were never delivered.. Other than that the hotel is ok. Bedding was fine. Very large Television. View was beautiful. It is located in a quiet area. Typically only took ~30 Mins to get to downtown Seoul. Plenty of restaurants in the area."
