The staffs are very courteous, helpful, and engaging, make the guests feel at home. The facility is well maintained. No pest intrusion into the cabin. "Beautiful property, free tea tasting, and very wonderful host. Host was a pleasure to talk to and was always available for any assistance we needed. Had great recommendations for food and hikes nearby. He also took the time to show us his family’s tea farm only 2 minutes away. The views were incredible. Alishan Recreational Forest was only 30-40 minutes away. There is machine laundry, but clothes need to be air dried. However, there are enough lines and fans to allow the clothes to dry...

"Wonderful view in the morning and nestled in tea farms. We're accommodating with our food allergies, which was greatly appreciated. However, there was no daily housekeeping. For example, we never got new towels in the 3 nights we stayed. When we arrived, the front desk man watched us carry out luggage up the stairs without offering to help. Also, when we went to claim our breakfast, a group of 15 or so who arrived after us were served first."
