"Ive booked here twice before this stay and have always loved the cleanliness and location BUT i do have 2 small children who look forward to swimming and eveeytime ive booked the pool has been closed which ends up causing a huge meltdown with my special needs daughter. I know thing happen but 3 times in 8 months starts tobfeel a littlest ridiculous. "

"I’ll start with good things, location is super convenient. Walking distance to everything. Staff was extremely friendly. The room smelled like it was closed for extended period of time. The curtains were dusty and stained. The carpet had horrible stains as well. The shower drain was super slow. We always spray disinfectant in the beds and use our own sheets to sleep. However, that didn’t help much with the smell. "

"Our room was full of ants! We left a bag of chips on the night stand before bed and when we woke up it was swimming in ants. The glasses in the suite were also very very dirty and the refrigerator was also very dirty. The gym was also not the cleanest; heavy dirt and dust on the equipment. I was very disappointed as I was Under the impression that Marriott hotels are higher end. I will not stay here again. "

"The staff was excellent. However, overall property was ok to good. The rooms weren't SUPER clean and a furniture a bit worn. Counters and surface tops needed to be wiped down. Found a few small dead bugs. Had the room have been vacuumed better and wiped down they wouldn't have been there. I had the deluxe king studio and the couch had lots of stains on it. The desk chair had tears in it from wear and tear. Elevators and hallways could use a good cleaning and vacuuming. Although when I checked out the hallway was being vacuumed. For the price though overall it was a good vaule. The staff made up for the shortcomings. "
